  Opening of Stable States on Vyner Street...

  There was a fantastic turn out for the opening of my first curated show, "Stable States", at the Cultivate gallery on Vyner Street. This show featured six contemporary artists and spanned installation, drawing, architecture, sculpture and print. Please click on the link to view more...

   We were honoured to have Royal Academician Frank Bowling come to visit the show during the week. He was particularly interested in the aluminium scorings and commented on the similarity of the Vyner St scene to DUMBO in New York, were he still has a studio. Frank Bowling has a retrospective opening at Tate Britain in May.

  "Extentions" was a group show at Eleni Duke's stunning new space off old street in London's east end. Curious Duke gallery represent a number of my works which can be viewed by clicking on the above link.  

 

  Attending the private view was the eminent writer and critic Edward Lucie-Smith, who's prolific output over the past fifty years has spanned poetry, novels, biographies and art criticism.

  Writer and co-director of Diemar/Noble Photography London, Laura Noble picks her highlights from the 2011 Cork Street Open in central London, which raised money for the charity Papyrus. Chief art critic of the Daily Telegraph, Richard Dorment, gave a speech at the private view.

  Artist Residency at King's College Cambridge...

   I did a post-grad artist residency in the E. M. Forster rooms at King's College Cambridge on completing my degree in 2005, during which time I constructed a temporary installation made out of paper and string. The piece mathematically mapped out the void of a sphere inside a cube and was called "Spherical Void"...
